And continue providing the same service and expertise he has for years. David Wemer, as a Seattle and Central Puget Sound real estate specialist, provides real estate advice and counsel to a variety of customers throughout the greater Puget Sound, Seattle, Eastside, and surrounding communities. I’m intimately familiar with the communities of the greater Seattle area. I’ve taken the effort to walk numerous neighborhoods and introduce myself to thousands of people in our community. In the process I’ve shared my business card with over 20,000 residents in the region. This effort has allowed me to meet a wide range of people from every corner of our region; visit the neighborhood stores, shops, and restaurants that are the fabric of our community; and understand neighborhoods literally on a block by block basis. As I'm sure you know; this type of effort is very rare in this day and age. As a resident of northeast Seattle, I possess specialized knowledge of north Seattle real estate, and take a fond interest in the communities unique to that area (quick property search): Laurelhurst, View Ridge, Bryant, Wedgewood, Ravenna, Roosevelt and Maple Leaf.
While I may be fond of northeast Seattle, I strongly enjoy serving the many clients I work with who reside in neighborhoods throughout the greater Puget Sound (quick property search) - Bellevue, Mercer Island, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond, Lynnwood, and Edmonds. In addition, I also work with builders to create new homes for our communities.
